How can the 'My Account' feature help you?

By logging in to your account, you can gain access to your previous order history and use the details from your past orders. We hope this will make ordering quicker and simpler for our regular customers but we would love to hear your feedback

When you are logged in, all your personal information can be viewed by clicking on the ‘my account’ link in the top right hand corner of any page on the website. Once you click on this link you can access 3 sections using the tabs at the top of the page.

  • 1) Account settings = Your billing address, password and newsletter settings
  • 2) Address Book = Stores all the addresses that you have sent to in the past and allows you to add birthday reminders
  • 3) My orders = This shows your past order history. You can also check on the progress of current orders

Hopefully these sections are reasonably self explanatory but please find answers to our most frequently asked questions below:-

I want to change or amend my address or phone number?

Go to account settings overwrite the parts of the address you need to change and click save changes.

I want to change my password?

Go to account settings and create a new password in the bottom right hand corner. Don’t forget to use more that 6 letters or characters and include a password hint that only you would know the answer to

I want to see what I bought somebody in the past?

Go to ‘my orders’ and you will see a full list of all your previous orders in date order. If you scan down the list you can see what plant you bought each person in the past

I’ve lost or I never received my email confirmation can you resend it?

Yes of course, go into ‘my orders’ and find the order details you want. Click on ‘view details’ on the right hand side and then from the top of the new pop up choose to ‘email a copy to me’

I need a VAT receipt for my accounts can I print one from a past order?

Yes, simply go into ‘my orders’ and find the relevant details. Click on ‘view details’ on the right hand side and then choose ‘print from screen’.

I’ve just bought my Aunt’s birthday present can i set a reminder to order again next year?

Yes, simply go into your address book and select your mum’s details from the list. Click ‘edit details’ and then in the bottom right hand corner you can set the date of her next birthday. When you have finished entering the reminders you would like for that person then click ‘close address book entry’ to return to the main list. We will then send you an email reminder 10 days before the big day to allow you plenty of time to order your gift.

I always forget when mother’s day is can you remind me?

Yes, the date of Mother’s Day changes each year so please do go into your address book and select ‘edit details’ next to your mum’s address. In the bottom right hand corner you can then choose ‘Mother’s Day’ from the occasions drop down list and the computer will automatically fill in the date for next Mother’s day. We will then send you an email reminder 10 days before to allow you plenty of time to order your gift.

My friend has moved, can I change his address?

Yes, go in to your ‘address book’ and click on ‘edit details’ next to their address. You can then overtype or amend the address details as appropriate and click ‘save changes’. These new details will then be available from the ‘address lookup’ on the order form any time you want to use them.

Can I add a new contact to my address book so I can send to them in the future?

At the moment you are not able to manually enter new addresses into the address book. However whenever you place an order (and use your email address as the contact) this new address will automatically be saved into your address book for next time.

Can I check whether you have received my order?

Yes you can view all current and past orders by clicking on the ‘my orders’ tab in ‘my account’. If you can’t see your most recent order in the list, then there may have been a problem placing the order so please do call us straight away on 01825 721162 or 0845 226 8026 and we can help.

Can I check when my order will be delivered?

The delivery date will always be shown at the top of the email and on-screen order confirmation. If you can’t remember or don’t have this to hand you can also check using the ‘my orders’ tab in ‘my account’. The delivery date will be displayed and if this is the past, the order will show as complete. If it is in future, it will show as ‘In Progress’. If you are any doubt as to whether a gift has actually been received the please do give us a call and we can always look into it for you.

I changed my mind and cancelled an order can I check that this has been processed?

Yes by clicking on the ‘my orders’ tab you can view the status of all your orders. If you have requested an order be cancelled it will show as cancelled on the screen once we have amended the order in the office and processed the refund.

Can I cancel an order online?

Not yet, please give us a call or drop us an email and we can arrange this for you as long as the plant has not been despatched.

Can I amend an order online?

Not yet, but please do give us a call on 0845 226 8026 or drop us an email and we’ll be happy to do this for you.

My question isn’t answered here?

We have just introduced the my account facility and there still may be things we haven’t thought of, so please do let us know if you have a question or a suggestion.
