Customer Information

Free Spirits Ltd are registered under the Data Protection Act and undertake to keep all customer information private. We utilise the latest in Secure Server Technology to ensure that all personal and transactional information is protected. All ordering details are collected via the secure part of the site. Credit Card details are not stored, but sent to a remote secure server for processing by SECPay and then payment is made via BarclayCard Merchant Services.

Marketing Information

We would like to keep in touch with you and get feedback about our products and services.
If you send us an enquiry we will record the details, but should you later wish your email address to be removed from our records you can request this at any time. This also applies to competition entrants.
We send email newsletters from time to time to our email list. All emails contain information how to unsubscribe immediately, should you prefer not to hear from us.
We never give or sell our email lists to third parties.
If you opt to be 'reminded' about an annual occasion such as a birthday then we will email you shortly before the date. If you later change your mind you may cancel this service at any time.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information which are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We use them on this site to record what you have entered on individual pages. The main purpose is to save you re-entering data if you move back and forth between pages. The secondary purpose is to enable us to recognise revisits to the site. We do not store personal or credit card details in cookies.
