These easy going, shade tolerant plants are a great gift for a courtyard garden or for adding interest all year round. They combine the qualities of heucheras - pretty and unusual foliage with delicate flowers that are great on the plant or in a vase too.

Tiarellas are growing in popularity as they give such great all year round interest. The delicate flower spikes bloom all summer long, but even in mid winter the pretty patterned foliage will add interest to a patio or border.
Best kept in partial or full shade, they are great for woodland gardens or darker corners.
