Got a delivery query? Our team will be back in the nursery office on Monday 16th March and will be happy to help

In the meantime, you should be able to click on the links in your tracking emails for updates on any weekend deliveries.

We usually respond to all email enquiries within one working day but when we are exceptionally busy we do sometimes have to prioritise. We promise we will get back to any delivery queries or order queries as a priority but it may take a couple of days to get back to routine care enquiries this week. Please do bear with us and we promise we'll get back to you as soon as we are able.

If you would like help with ongoing plant care then please do send us pictures of your plant and its position using this 'contact us' form. We're just a small team here at the nursery but we'll reply as quickly as we can.

Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Our office is closed at the weekends and on bank holidays.
