Stop press: Tuesday 4th February 2024. Apologies if you have received a misleading tracking email. We are experiencing a problem with our DPD tracking emails this evening and some customers have received tracking updates on very old parcels. Please be assured if this is the case, you can safely ignore these emails and we will send a follow up email as soon as we can. In the meantime please do be assured that all parcels scheduled to go out today are safely on their way and we're doing everything we can to contact those affected.

We usually respond to all email enquiries within one working day but when we are exceptionally busy we do sometimes have to prioritise. We promise we will get back to any delivery queries or order queries as a priority but it may take a couple of days to get back to routine care enquiries. Please do bear with us and we promise we'll get back to you as soon as we are able.

Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Our office is closed at the weekends and on bank holidays.

If you would like help with ongoing plant care then please do send us pictures of your plant and its position using this 'contact us' form. We're just a small team here at the nursery but we'll reply as quickly as we can.
