I didn’t see the pelargonium as it was a gift to someone else, but she was delighted, said it had arrived in good condition and looked very healthy.

Whilst indoors keep your plant near a window or in a porch where there is plenty of light. Once any risk of frost has passed, they can be put outside in a sheltered spot where they won’t get too much rain.

While your plant is in a small pot indoors they will need regular watering, especially if your room is centrally heated. Your plant will benefit from general purpose feed once a month or so in the summer.

Problem Solving

Pick off dead flowers and leaves to encourage growth and keep your plant looking good.

When watering be careful to water the soil and not the plant itself to avoid damaging the flowers.
