We can help you make someone’s birthday extra special with our carefully selected range of beautiful plants, nurtured and grown in our Sussex nursery.

When you order your plant gift, we’ll handle everything for you. Simply enter your personalised message for us to hand write for you, select which container and greeting card you would like and lastly, enter the date you'd like it delivered, and we’ll take care of the rest. Simple!

Delivery & Returns

At Plants4Presents, we have flexible delivery options that suit last-minute birthday gifts or those that are planned well in advance.

Order by 3pm for next-day delivery or choose your preferred date for guaranteed birthday delivery. We have free standard weekly delivery on offer when you spend over £50, and tracked next-day delivery for just £6.

We work with trusted couriers like DPD and Royal Mail Tracked, so you can be sure your birthday plant gift will arrive on time and in perfect condition.

If you are in any way disappointed with the plants you receive, you can contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will send a replacement free of charge if we can establish that the goods weren’t up to standard or were damaged in transit. What are your birthday plants?

Our birthday plants are a range of our flowering and fruiting plants and trees which we think would make the best birthday gifts. Typically they are plants that are looking particularly good at this time of year or that have a birthday ‘theme’ or variety name. We update this selection regularly to reflect the plants that are in season and looking their best at the nursery from week to week.

How quickly can you deliver a birthday plant gift?

As long as you place your order by 3pm we can get your plants to you the next day with our next day delivery service.

Can I place an order for a birthday delivery well ahead of time?

Yes of course, when placing your order you can select a date that suits you and the recipient. You might want to choose the actual birthday or even a day earlier, so that your gift is with them in good time for their special day. When you place an order in advance the plant is reserved for you and then despatched on an overnight service to arrive on the day you requested. With both our Royal Mail and Courier services you will then receive automated tracking information to let you know your gift is on it’s way and when it has been delivered.

What plants would you recommend for somebody's birthday?

This really depends on the person you are buying for. We have a range of beautiful flowering plants, garden plants, edible plants, houseplants and trees within this birthday selection so you can choose the best plant that suits you and the recipient. Do you sell gift sets for birthdays?

Yes we do, we offer a selection of gift sets that make great gifts for birthdays including our G&T gift set. You can also add extra miniature bottles of gin and tonic, or bottles of wine to many of our plant gifts when you go through to the basket to make your gift even more special.
